This is the case, for example, when you cook on induction. With this type of cooking, a magnetic field is formed which requires considerably more energy than a standard socket can provide. Install perilex socket - Rate
Perilex is the trade name for an approved indoor three-phase electric power connector system used in Germany, The Netherlands and Sweden (source: Wikipedia). The installation of a Perilex connection
The electrical power system should be able to feed 4 (or sometimes even more) hotplates plus an electric oven at the same time. A regular power socket cannot deliver such power in a safe way.
