“Ik zoek een loodgieter in Amsterdam om de doucheafvoer te ontstoppen. We zijn 2 weken geleden verhuisd, en na een douche op donderdagavond wilde het water niet weg (nooit problemen gehad in de afgelopen twee weken). We hebben veel haar uit de afvoer verwijderd (het is een gat dat in een uitsparing onder het metalen rooster zit, en dat parallel aan de vloer onder de douche loopt), en het water liep ‘s nachts langzaam weg.
Op vrijdag rond 13.00 uur (ik was van plan een ontstopper te kopen, maar was er nog niet aan toegekomen), hoorde ik wat borrelende geluiden en zag ik veel water omhoog komen, dit keer over de douchevloer. Dit gebeurde een tweede keer ongeveer 30 meter later en deze keer vulde het water de hele vloer van de douche, gelukkig stopte het net voordat het overliep.
Het water is sinds gisteren niet meer volledig afgevoerd. Gisteravond was het hetzelfde en vanochtend is het iets gezakt, maar het bedekt nog steeds de vloer. Gisteravond was er ook plotseling wit vlak bij de afvoer, bijna alsof er poeder uit de afvoer was vrijgekomen. Misschien betekent dat niets, maar het was verrassend.
We vragen ons af of dit een gebouwbreed probleem is, in welk geval ik niet weet wat de beste actie is.
(I need a Plumber in Amsterdam to unclog shower drain. We have moved in 2 weeks ago, and after a shower on Thursday evening, the water would not drain (never had any issues in the past two weeks). We removed a lot of hair from the drain (it is a hole that is in a recess below the metal grate, and that runs parallel to the floor underneath the shower), and the water did drain slowly over night.
On the Friday around 1pm (I was going to buy a declogger but hadn’t yet been able to purchase), I heard some bubbling noises and saw a lot of water come back up, this time covering the shower floor. This happened a second time around 30m later and this time the water filled the whole floor of the shower, stopping luckily just before it overflowed.
The water has not drained since yesterday fully. Last night it was the same and this morning it has gone down slightly, but still covers the floor. Also to note yesterday night suddenly there was white close to the drain, almost like some powder had been released from the drain. Maybe that means nothing but it was surprising.
We wonder if this is a building wide issue, in which case I don’t know what the best course of action is.)”
