“Plumber or Builder in Amsterdam wanted to renovate the lounge, bedrooms, en-suites and hallway of my apartment:
1.1 fit spot lights and speakers in all ceilings. Speaker wires should lead to hallway cupboard
1.2 repair plaster after chasing (cutting channel)
1.3 paint ceiling
1.4 use high quality joint panels between oak floors and tiled floors, if there is a height change between floors in room, use custom made granite joints
1.5 remove doors, door frames
1.6 replace with solid wood high quality white doors, black handles and black hinges

2.1 replace radiators with underfloor heating
2.2 remove flooring, skirting boards,
2.3 replace with solid oak floor
2.4 strip wallpaper
2.5 re plaster all walls (hide all pipes and wires inside walls)

3.1 remove all tiles on floor and walls
3.2 replace tiles on floor and walls
4. guest toilet
4.1 remove toilet and replace with modern smaller free hanging toilet- fit toilet against wall – it is currently not against wall
4.2 fit motion detector to switch on lights, remove wall switch
4.3 try to make floor flat from hallway and all of toilet
4.4 Remove washbasin and replace with smaller sink
5 lounge
5.1 remove light switch and fit electronic dimmer switch
6 kitchen
6.1 add lights to footboard in kitchen
6.2 remove ensuite shower room in lounge )
6.3 option 1 extend current new kitchen with extra 180 cm space (same model currently available from ikea), add more worktop space base kitchen units, wall units, built in fridge freezer, add more sockets to splashback, option 2 replace entire kitchen with new modern kitchen
6.4 add light switch to control lights under wall unit in kitchen
7. guest bedroom / mini gym
7. 1Replace mirror on wall
7.2 remove wall light
7.3 remove light switch and fit electronic dimmer switch
8 guest bedroom ensuite
8.1 fit shower screen
8.2 remove wash basin and replace with smaller one

8.4 remove shower tray, ideally no need to replace shower tray if tiles on floor can be fitted at slope, otherwise replace shower tray
8.5 fit bathroom mirror cupboard with light
8.6 add light switch for new light

9.1 remove lightswitch, instal movement sensor
10 hallway cupboards
10.1 re plaster walls
10.2 to hide pipes etc, use chipboard panels / mdf to make inside of cupboards presentable,
10.3 paint walls of cupboard
10.4 add led lights, movement sensor
10.5 check boiler, replace if necessary if needed for more powerful shower
10.6 check electrics, fuse board
11 big bedroom
11.1 remove light switch and fit electronic dimmer switch
move doorway to new entrance created by extended bathroom
11.2 hide pipes in wall before room is replastered
12 big bedroom, en suite
12.1 extend shower to make use of full width of room
12.2 make floor tiles slope to create walk in shower, remove need to shower tray
12.3 fit 3 panel shower screen (if needed)
12.4 fit bathroom mirror cupboard with light
12.5 add light switch for new light
12.6 remove toilet and replace with modern smaller free hanging toilet
12.7 remove wash basin and replace with smaller one
12.8 repair ceiling
13 windows in lounge and 2 bedrooms
13.1 repair seal around windows

14.2 repair staircase so steps don’t creak and make noises
