2. De grond uitvlakken (basis is zand) met een lichte helling naar de straat voor een goede waterafvoer
3. De tuin opnieuw betegelen met betontegels van 60*60*4cm (reeds aangeschaft)
4. Zorg ervoor dat de internetkabel die uit de grond komt hierbij niet beschadigd wordt
5. Optioneel: Momenteel is er een PVC pijp die het balkon boven het terras direct afwatert. Ik wil deze pijp graag doortrekken onder de terrasvloer zodat hij aan de rand van het pand uitkomt.
