“Loodgieter in Amsterdam gezocht voor twee klussen:
1. 2 badkamerradiatoren aansluiten. Voor allebei zit de leiding klaar in de vloer maar moeten wel worden aangesloten. Een daarvan wordt halverwege in de muur gehangen en heeft de leidingen nodig om van de vloer naar de radiator te lopen. De 2e is een verticale wandradiator die ook de buizen moet aansluiten op de radiator. Bijgevoegde afbeeldingen.
2. Mijn huis is onlangs gerenoveerd en we hebben ontdekt dat het keukenafvalwater verkeerd is aangesloten op de afvoerbuizen van het regenwater. Ik vraag de vakman om het afvalwater weer aan te sluiten op de hoofd-afvalwaterleidingen. Ik heb een afbeelding van de plattegronden op de begane grond bijgevoegd, zodat je de indeling kunt zien. In het geel zijn de huidige keukenpijpen aangesloten. Rood is waar ze verkeerd zijn aangesloten op het regenwater. Blauw is de plaats waar het afvalwater moet worden aangesloten. Ik heb ook een foto bijgevoegd zodat je de locatie van de leidingen kunt zien. Het regenwater zit achter de muur in de onderkast van de trap. De afvalwaterleidingen zitten achter een muur in het toilet. De gipskartonwanden zullen moeten worden ingebroken om toegang te krijgen tot het leidingwerk. Is dit iets wat een loodgieter kan doen? Zou er een aparte stukadoor nodig zijn om het af te werken?
Kunnen jullie vooraf een kostenschatting geven voor bovenstaande werkzaamheden?
(Plumber in Amsterdam wanted for two jobs:
1. To connect 2 bathroom radiators. They both have the pipe ready in the floor but need to be connected. One is hung in the wall half way and needs the pipes to run from floor to radiator. The 2nd is a vertical wall radiator that also needs the pipes connecting to the radiator. Attached images.
Radiator 1: plieger florian dubbel horizontal – 980w – including thermostar
radiator 2: Pleiger siena verical dubbel vertical – 1096 W – including thermostat
2. My house has been recently renovated and we have discovered that the kitchen waste water has been incorrectly connected to the rain water exit pipes. I need the expert to reconnect the waste water to the main waste water pipes. I have attached an image of the ground floor plans so you can see the layout. The yellow is where the current kitchen pipes are connected. Red is where they are connected incorrectly to the rain water. Blue is where should be connected to waste water. I have also attached a photo so an see location of pipe area. The rain water is behind the wall in under stair cupboard. The waste water pipes are behind a wall in the toilet. The Plasterboard walls will need breaking into to access pipe work. Is this something a plumber can do? Would it require a separate plasterer to repair?
