For €9.95 the expert guarantees their labour (and the materials, if they supply them) for a minimum of 3 months (recommended).
We send you the expert’s estimate for your job with their appointment proposal. For jobs over ~€1,000 we recommend that you request a quote (fixed price). Not only for maximum certainty but also because for bigger jobs most experts offer a discount on the hourly rate (often 10-20%).
Both quotes and estimates are free, but a quote usually requires a paid inspection visit first.
As soon as we find you a good Gardener you can accept, reschedule or cancel the proposed appointment (all free of charge) in the MrFix app. Then you can ask questions and share info via the Chat function to make sure your contractor brings the right tools and materials. MrFix is there to clear up any misunderstandings.
Even after this thorough preparation a problem could occur. If you’re not 100% satisfied you can tell the expert via Chat what you want them to do about it. Please make reasonable dates & times available for them to return under their guarantee. You can count on our Gardener (or their liability insurance) to make it right! Not only because they typically depend on MrFix for ~20-40% of their income but because we select experts who assume responsibility for their work.
