“Ik zoek een loodgieter, elektricien, aannemer of allround klusjesman om 3 dingen te verbeteren in het appartement dat we onlangs hebben gekocht volgens de technische inspectie (Zie in bijlage het deel van onze technische inspectie met enkele foto’s.):
1. Badkamer: defecten aan het kitwerk (ernstig)
Het bestaande elastische cement (kit) is in slechte staat, slecht kit kan lekken veroorzaken afhankelijk van het gebruik.
Het grootste deel van het elastische cement (kit) moet onmiddellijk worden vervangen.
2. Keuken: kraan repareren
De aansluiting van de kraan op het aanrecht is onvoldoende. Er zijn defecten gevonden die een risico op lekkage vormen.

3. Elektra: aardverbinding
Voor zover deze beperkte/beperkte meting van de aarding is uitgevoerd, lijkt het systeem onvoldoende te kunnen functioneren. Dit moet nader worden onderzocht door een deskundige. Het is mogelijk dat een deel van de bedrading niet of slechts gedeeltelijk is aangesloten, het kan ook zijn dat het aardcontact niet is aangesloten of helemaal niet aanwezig is. De situatie lijkt dus onveilig.
We zullen de sleutels van het huis op 22 december in de ochtend laten controleren. We zijn op zoek naar een expert die deze 3 dingen kan repareren op 22 december in de namiddag en/of 23 december zodat we er na Kerstmis kunnen intrekken.
I need a plumber, electrician, building contractor or all-round handyman to improve 3 things in the apartment that we recently bought according to the technical inspection (Please find attached the a part of our technical inspection with some photos.):
1. Bathroom: defects to the caulking (severe)
The existing elastic cement (sealant kit) is in bad condition, bad sealant can cause leaks depending on the use.

2. Kitchen: fix tap
The connection of the tap to the kitchen countertop is insufficient. Defects have been found that pose a risk
for leakage, this needs to be improved.
3. Electrics: earth connection
As far as this restricted/limited measurement of the earthing (grounding) has been carried out, the system seems unable to function sufficiently. This needs to be examined more closely by an expert. It is possible that part of the wiring is not or only partially connected, it can also be that the earth contact has not been connected or is not present at all. Hence the situation seems unsafe.
We will have the Keys of the house on 22 December in the morning. We are looking for an expert who could fix these 3 things on the 22nd in the afternoon and/or 23 December so we can move in after Christmas.”
