We are looking for:
A smooth Client Support Executive who takes responsibility for the proper supervision of all jobs, from finding the right professional and making the appointment to aftercare:
- Summarize and clarify new job requests via our site or by telephone
- Sending requests to the right professionals
- All communication with both Client (about half are expat: in English) and professional
- Track progress of jobs and costs in our CRM system (built on Podio).
- Build long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities with Customers
Your activities are crucial for Client Satisfaction and therefore Client Loyalty. MrFix is young and informal, so you get a lot of space to set up and improve your work processes. If you wish, your contribution is also welcome in other areas such as (digital) marketing.

We ask of you:
- HBO/WO working and thinking level and preferably 2 or more years of relevant experience (PA, call center, project management and/or administration in the private sector)
- You communicate excellently in Dutch and English
- You are a doer, have initiative and keep your promises
- You are Client and service oriented
- You are very well organised and stress resistant
- You are handy with CRM systems (experience is an advantage)
- Available 16 hours a week, also on Saturdays!
