Applicability
This Privacy Statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data that you provide to us, for example via a registration form, contact form or job requests that you place via our mobile application, website https://MrFix.nl or another way. We attach great importance to the privacy of our Clients and therefore exercise the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). MrFix is responsible within the meaning of the GDPR with regard to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what way. We are responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed properly and carefully in accordance with the GDPR. In this Privacy Statement we explain which data we process and for what purposes they are used.
Overview of personal data
Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process. For each Client:
- First and last name
- Address
- Telephone number(s)
- Email address
- Summary of your job request, including any (photo) files and your availability
And in certain cases also:
- IP address of website visitor
- Bank account number
- Gender
- Date of birth
Purpose and principles of processing personal data
By agreeing to this Privacy Statement, you give explicit permission (within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) for the processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned below. You can withdraw this consent at any time. However, if you do not provide certain information to us or do not have it processed by us, we may not be able to serve you properly.
If you have not given us explicit consent to process your personal data or if you have withdrawn this consent, the processing of your personal data may be based on Article 6(1)(b), (c) and/or (f) of the GDPR. apply. In that case, processing of your personal data can take place without your consent, provided that this is necessary for the execution of an agreement to which you are or will become a party, or necessary for the representation of MrFix’s legitimate interests. - To better tailor the service to your needs
- To evaluate and improve the quality of our services

- To inform you about changes to our services and regulations
We do not store your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve these goals.
Provision to third parties
We may share your personal data with third parties if this is compatible with the purposes mentioned above. Providing the summary of your job as well as the export address and your availability to professionals is essential to find the right professional who serves your region and is available. In addition, MrFix shares data with business partners with whom MrFix has a cooperation agreement. This is to better tailor the service to the needs of the Clients and to evaluate and improve the quality of the service. Finally, provision to third parties may be necessary for the execution of an agreement between you and us, for the representation of a legitimate interest of ours, or to comply with any legal obligation to which we are subject. We require professionals to adhere to this Privacy Statement. We enter into a processing agreement with any other companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for this processing. Apart from the above situations, we only provide your personal data to other third parties with your written or verbal consent.
Commercial purposes
We may use your personal data for commercial purposes, for example to provide you with further information about our services or relevant products or services from carefully selected organizations. In that case, you will only be informed at the e-mail address you registered. If you do not wish to receive information about relevant products or services, you can easily indicate this by clicking “unsubscribe” in the received email.
We also use your personal data for market research and the optimization of our services. In this context, your personal data will be anonymized and can therefore no longer be traced back to you.

- Web hosts AWS, Hetzner en CloudVPS
- App Connector Zapier
- Payment service provider Mollie
- Messaging services Twilio, Tyntec and TextMagic
- Mail programs Mailjet and Mailgun
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. You can unsubscribe from these cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously stored via the settings of your browser.

- Facebook (pixel and sharing), LinkedIn (sharing) and Twitter (sharing): cookies from the American companies Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter are placed on this website, mainly to enable the visitor to share our content on their respective platforms. MrFix uses these services to receive reports about what content is shared on our website and to measure the quality and effectiveness of this content. We use Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter in the manner prescribed by the Dutch Data Protection Authority in order to fall under the exception in the cookie law, which means we do not need your prior permission to use Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
View, correct or delete
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to portability of your data (‘data portability’) if we have digital personal data that we either process with your consent or process to execute an agreement that we have concluded with you. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the digital personal data that we store about you in a readable computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or withdrawal of your consent or an objection to the processing of your personal data to [email protected] . To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will normally respond to your request within 24 hours, but in any case within 4 weeks.
