Install ventilator - Rate
Our electricians charge a fixed rate of €80 per hour including VAT and call-out charge. This is a fair rate without any ‘hidden’ extras. It is not the lowest rate but it offers the best value for money.
Installing a ventilator
Are you considering installing or improving a ventilation system? Then it is helpful to know the difference between the different ventilation methods. Experts recommend mechanical ventilation over natural ventilation. Natural ventilation (which we call draught) simply comes through cracks or by airing your house: opening windows & doors (opposite each other). This is usually quite energy inefficient. A mechanical ventilation system works better. The Dutch research distinguishes systems with fans that extract air, supply fresh air or both: the latter gives the best results.

- For better clarification you can add 1 or 2 photos. This is not required but it can be helpful!
- Specify details of the job (if necessary) at “DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION”; product to be installed or connected, space available or any special wishes or circumstances.
- Choose “An expert ASAP” or if you prefer “First a quote”. In case of “First a quote” we will provide the expert’s estimate. And if the job is bigger than ~€500 or 1 day of work we will quote his fixed price, usually after a (paid) inspection visit.
