You don’t want to be in a cold house or being without your nice warm shower
Something refill or vent is needed to get your heating system back on track. Refill or vent are not a matter of repair because the system as such may work properly. Still you may ask a professional to have a look. If refill is needed frequently there could be a leakage somewhere. Because of risk of explosion there are a lot of safety measures and regulations involved when working with gas based heating systems. Therefore repairing and installing those systems definitely is not a job for laymen.
Keep your house safe, warm and dry by regular maintenance
We recommend that you get a fitter to check your gas based central heating system annually. This minimizes problems and makes sure that your home is safe and covered by insurance. Most Dutch home insurance companies want written proof of a professional annual maintenance check. If no such check then no coverage in case of an explosion!
