We call it the MrFix Home Maintenance Check: not an official structural survey but a quick check of your home with specific recommendations for home maintenance followed by quick implementation if you wish.
Many Customers apply for a Home Maintenance Check right after moving in, but you can also do it periodically. And if you expect guests to come and stay (whether via AirBnB or not) our Home Maintenance Check may be a good idea.
The rate for a Home Maintenance Check is €55 per hour including call-out charge and VAT. The expert goes through the relevant checklist with you and leaves the list for you.
