Adding meter group - Rate
Adding a new meter group is not a simple job. It really requires expertise. And for your safety (limiting the danger of short circuit) new groups may also need an additional earth leakage switch. For these kinds of jobs you always need to hire an expert.
Our electricians charge a fixed rate of €80 per hour including VAT and call-out charge. This is a fair rate without any ‘hidden’ extras. It is not the lowest possible rate but it offers the best value for money.
The reason for adding a meter group always is to have an extra wall socket for some new powerful device. Adding a wall socket often requires plasterwork afterwards.
