A power cut or short circuit always occurs at the least convenient moment. If you know which device caused the problem you may be able to restore power supply by disconnecting that device and after that switch-on power again in your meter cupboard. How to fill out the form:
- Select the “JOB TYPE” and give a short description of the job under “JOB SUMMARY”
- For extra clarification you can add 1 or 2 photos This is not required but can be helpful!
- Make your “DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF JOB” as detailed as possible: describe exactly what the electrical repair problem is, give product names or even type numbers, whether products or systems are easy to access or whether there are serious obstructions or other limitations.
- Choose if you prefer “An expert ASAP” or “First a quote”. If you choose “First a quote” then we will provide the expert’s estimate. But if the job is estimated to be bigger than ~€500 / 1 day of work we will quote his fixed price, but usually after a (paid) inspection visit.

A power cut or short-circuit often require urgent action. For urgent jobs you can contact MrFix. We will connect you to the right electrician within 1 hour, and often faster than that. For jobs that must start within 24 hours, after 18h, on weekends or on public holidays we charge a surcharge of 50%.
