We also offer the MrFix Interior Design Check: not an official survey but a quick check of your home with specific recommendations for embellishing it, followed by professional designs if you wish.
 
Customers often apply for an Interior Design Check right after having bought a house. But it’s also a good idea after a number of years in the same house. When children grow up and get different wishes it may also be the trigger for having a check like that. And when guest facilities become more important (AirBnB or otherwise) our Interior Design Check will be a good idea as well.
 
The rate for a Interior Design Check is €50 per hour including call-out charge and VAT. The interior designer goes through the relevant checklist with you and leaves the list for you. You decide whether you want to have any improvements designed by our expert. If he will work on your interior design for 4 hours or more, he will offer the Interior Design Check for free .
 

Aspects of the Home Interior Design

 
You decide which area / areas the interior designer focuses on during the Interior Design Check:

Just a few examples:
• Condition of the ceilings, including electrical connections?
• Condition of wallpaper or other wall cladding?
• The state of the paintwork of ceilings, walls, facade and woodwork (doors, door frames, window frames and skirting boards?)
• Are the floor, doorsteps or stairs worn out?
• Are there opportunities to create space by extending your home or changing its layout?
