He will check your property on energy efficiency, report about ‘weak spots’ and advise about possible improvements. We call it the MrFix Energy Efficiency Check: not an official structural survey but a quick check of your home with specific recommendations for energy efficiency, followed (if you wish) by quick implementation. Result: serious savings on your energy bill and a serious contribution to a greener world.
Nowadays energy efficiency gets ever more attention when selling or buying a property. Many customers apply for an Energy Efficiency Check right before or just after moving in their new house. In fact because of the increasing costs of energy it is always very sensible to ask for such a check.
