We call it the MrFix Energy Efficiency Check: not an official structural survey but a quick check of your home with specific recommendations for energy efficiency, followed (if you wish) by quick implementation. Result: serious savings on your energy bill and a serious contribution to a greener world.
Nowadays energy efficiency gets ever more attention when selling or buying a property. Many customers apply for an Energy Efficiency Check right before or just after moving in their new house.
