Installing/Replacing a kitchen typically requires a few experts, each with different rates:

• First a plumber (€95/h), white goods expert (€115/h) and/or electrician (€80/h) to install/adapt the plumbing/power supply, for instance for a dishwasher or induction oven
• Then a tiler (€65/h)for the backsplash and sometimes a separate flooring specialist and/or Painter (both €55/h)
• And finally a handyman (€55/h) to install the cabinets & worktop and connect the taps & appliances, although this last step may again require a plumber or white goods expert

MrFix recommends that you get a general contractor by completing the form above. The regular rate of €55 per hour including VAT and call-out charge is for jobs of less than 8h and for any inspection visits. Fitting a kitchen often takes more than 8 man hours so we recommend an inspection and a quote. The quote will normally reflect a discount to the blended rate of the required experts.

• Choose if you prefer “An expert ASAP” or “First a quote”. If you choose “First a quote” then we will provide the expert’s estimate except if the job is bigger than ~€500 / 1 day of work. In the latter case we quote his fixed price, usually after a (paid) inspection visit.
